1. What this site is
This website describes the Duskproof mosquito and outdoor pest control service, hosts free educational articles and tools, and lets you request a free yard assessment. Using the site means you accept these terms.
2. Quotes and service agreements
Submitting the quote form asks us to contact you; it does not create a service contract, charge you anything, or obligate either of us. Actual service, pricing, and scheduling are set out in the written quote we give you after the assessment. Prices shown on this site, such as our from-price per visit, are honest starting points, and your quote may differ based on lot size, vegetation, and layout. If it differs, you will see the real number before you owe anyone a dollar.
3. The guarantee
Our re-treat guarantee means: if mosquitoes return between scheduled visits on an active plan, we return and re-treat the property at no additional charge. It is a service promise, not a promise of zero mosquitoes, and it applies while a plan or misting-system service agreement is active.
4. Educational content
Articles and tools are provided for general information, with the sourcing and honesty rules described in our editorial standards. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice, and the EPA-registered label on any pesticide product always controls over anything written here. See the full disclaimer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping the quote form with bots, no submitting other people's personal information, no attempting to disrupt the service. We may decline or discontinue service where these terms are abused.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duskproof is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to performed services is governed by your written service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the service grows; the date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be posted here.
