We treat when kids and pets are indoors, and the rule we follow is the one printed on every label: stay off treated areas until the application has dried. Once dry, treated areas are considered safe for people and pets under the product label directions. We also target resting vegetation and standing water, not play equipment, patio furniture, or dining surfaces.

Honestly: the residual products used for mosquito control can harm bees on direct contact, which is why the label rules exist. We follow them. We do not spray blooming plants that pollinators are working, we keep applications on shaded resting foliage rather than open flowers, and we handle breeding water with larvicides like Bti that target mosquito larvae.
